Sole City Dance is pleased to present a new ballet, The Moon-Spinners Mystery on Friday, April 25 at 7:00 PM and Saturday, April 26 at 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM at the Rochester Opera House.
Set on a modern-day Greek island, this compelling production follows Nikki, a young detective struggling with the loss of her mother. Seeking solace, she travels to Greece, where she befriends locals, embarks on a search for a missing person, and finds herself entangled with a group of dangerous smugglers.
Along the way, she encounters a Greek schoolteacher and his clever students, all while the mythical moon-spinners—three ancient fates—work behind the scenes, weaving the threads of destiny. Filled with adventure, mystery, love, and resilience, The Moon-Spinners Mystery blends beautiful choreography with a heartfelt story that will captivate audiences of all ages.
