The Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce was pleased to hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the new office and 5-year anniversary of Peace of Mind Medicaid Consultant (PMMC), a NH nonprofit, located at 20 Park Street in Rochester, NH. Peace of Mind Medicaid Consultant is a statewide health services program that helps the Elderly and Disabled Adults in NH who need to apply for the State of NH Long Term Care Medicaid Program.
Barbara Barney, President and Executive Director of PMMC, stated that “for the past 11 years, I have been able to enjoy the work I do supporting the Elderly and Disabled Adults in our communities who are not able to go out into the community safely.”
At the ribbon cutting, Barbara introduced a few special team members: Tom Dunn, who is our remarkable grant writer. Dawon Economos and Donna Kimball, our Financial Reviewers, with their attention to details for each case. Barbara further stated, “They all wear many hats to help keep the organization running, especially with the support of their Volunteer Board of Directors.”
